Many great technologies are available today. More and more are developed each day. The challenges we face grow rapidly as well. We need to face those challenges. And we don't have time. Usually we are to busy with our career, our business, our life, and we can't invest the time needed to make our world a better place.

Technologies may be used with love, to create human solutions. To make people closer to each other, not farther away. To make people collaborate. To make people work together.

To move our world forward, we must integrate thought with action, technology with ecology, spirituality with practicality, wisdom of the mind with work of the heart, planning with spontaneity. We must use every skill we have, every technology we have, and use it together.

How hitech dolphin was born? The idea came 10 years ago. I wanted to write a book about balanced career in a hitech world. Orit, my wife, and a talented green copywriter and poet, suggested the name.

I am software engineer (M.Sc) with more then 18 years of experience in software consulting, architecture and development. During the years, I’ve been doing a lot of job searches, both as a salaried employee and as an independent software consultant. I’ve gone through boom times and recession times – in Israel’s dynamic hi-tech industry. All the time, balanced work life was one of my important considerations.

When looking deep inside, we discover that the secret of work happiness lies in the right attitude.

Our world today is more and more govrened by technology. Technology has the potential to make people closer, or farther away. We have the choise. To go forward today - we must combine technology and ecology, belief and practicality, masculinity and femininity.

The site shows you how to really go forward to get maximal results, for yourself and for others. If you read and practically experience, try gently and persist, you will succeed.
